Run entirely by unpaid volunteers, Radio St Helier provides entertainment to the patients and staff of St Helier Hospital and Queen Mary's Hospital for Children in Carshalton, Surrey - South west London.
We broadcast live weekday evenings from 7 to 10pm and through the day at weekends, see the programmes listing for full details. We have a wide variety of specialist programmes that are designed to cater for everyones own particular choice. These include, The Journey, and `Super Dupa Cool Saturday Show` just for the patients at Queen Mary’s Children’s Hospital. Every day we visit selected wards to collect requests from our listeners, as patients' requests are at the heart of Radio St Helier's programmes.
We have an extensive record library which can cater for every taste in music including light orchestral, military, jazz, country & western, classical, rock and pop.
If you have a relative or friend in hospital, then why not have a song played for them on Radio St Helier?
